Problem

What we walked into

A single-tenant Rails app, hard-coded org logic, and a billing 'system' that was a spreadsheet. The team needed to ship to new tenants without disrupting the original one.

Solution

What we shipped

A new multi-tenant data model with row-level security, Stripe-powered billing, an admin console, and SSO — delivered behind a feature flag while the original tenant kept running.
