About the role
You would build the screens people actually use: product pages, dashboards, and the steps between them. The stack is React, Next.js, and TypeScript. The standard is that the interface stays usable once real data, errors, and keyboard use show up.
What you'll do
- Implement product screens in React and Next.js from an existing design
- Keep components, spacing, and behavior consistent with the rest of the product
- Build layouts that work on small screens and with a keyboard and screen reader
- Handle loading, empty, and error states against the API that actually ships
- Review other frontend changes and leave notes a teammate can act on
What you bring
- You have shipped React and TypeScript in production
- You have used Next.js on a real product, including routing and data fetching
- You can point to semantic HTML and accessible interaction in work you have done
- You can implement a Figma file without inventing a second design system
- You explain UI decisions in the pull request, not only in the code
Bonus, not required
- React Server Components on a product that shipped
- UI tests with Testing Library or Playwright
- Authenticated SaaS UI: permissions, settings, or multi-step flows
